Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is done by the customer:
90+ days before tour: 75% refund
60–89 days before tour: 50% refund
30–59 days before tour: 25% refund
0–29 days before tour: No refund
All cancellations must be emailed with booking ID/details.
Telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.
Flight/train ticket cancellations are subject to airline/railway policies.
No refunds for no-shows, cancellations due to bad weather, missed transport, or natural calamities.
