Booking & Payments

Change in the number of travelers may lead to an increase or decrease in pricing, subject to availability of resources.
Payment does not automatically ensure entry to the event/tour. Before transferring the amount, kindly confirm with our team regarding the availability of seats.
If the amount is transferred without consultation and the tour is full, the registration may not be considered. The amount will be refunded via NEFT/cheque at the office 10 days after the event/tour date.

Liability & Risk

In case of any injury, sickness, accident, death, or any other casualty, or loss/damage of valuables, luggage, or any equipment, Nature Explorers India, its instructors, organizers, volunteers, or any associated person shall not be responsible in any manner. No claims from participants, parents, guardians, relatives, or friends of participants will be entertained.
Nature Explorers India reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the services at any time without prior notice.

Damage & Loss

Participants acknowledge that there may be risks of physical/personal/life loss during the tour/event/activity.
In the event of a mishap, natural calamity, or any kind of monetary, physical, or life loss, Nature Explorers India and its employees, associates, directors, or leaders/experts will not be held responsible.
Participants will be solely responsible for any expenses related to accidents, mishaps, medical treatment, or other emergencies. Each participant is responsible for their own safety and belongings.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We cannot offer compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses if your tour is affected by circumstances beyond our control. These may include but are not limited to: War or threat of war Airport closures, Epidemics, Natural or nuclear disasters, Terrorist activities, Civil unrest Industrial disputes, Bad weather.

Your Responsibility
We want all customers to enjoy a safe and pleasant tour. However, you are responsible for your behavior and its impact on others. If your actions are disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful, we may terminate your tour without a refund.
You are responsible for your personal safety and the condition of the property you occupy.
We are not responsible for accidents resulting from irresponsible behavior. Consumption of alcohol must be done responsibly. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused due to impaired judgment from alcohol consumption.
You and your group members will be jointly and individually liable for:
Any damage to accommodation, furniture, or other facilities
Any costs (including legal) incurred in recovering damages
Any costs due to flight/train diversion or disruption caused by your behavior
It is essential to be medically fit for participation.
Have a medical check-up before the event.
Carry prescribed medication for any known allergies or conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, migraines).
Participants with chronic illnesses should consult a physician before joining.

Complaints & Grievances

We aim to provide the best experience. If you are dissatisfied:
Immediately report to the concerned authority (e.g., hotel or transport provider).
If unresolved, inform your tour representative or contact us via the provided email or phone number.
No complaints or refund requests will be entertained after the tour ends.
